For more than 20 years, ALTEC’s professional development has supported teachers in improving student learning as they implement technology in the classroom. ALTEC strives to provide you the highest quality professional development using the most innovative technologies available, paired with the best current educational practices.
Up to 25 participants, online or on-site*:
Half-day - $500 plus travel expenses
Full-day - $1000 plus travel expenses
Travel expenses vary by location but typically include mileage/airfare to workshop location, lodging, and per diem meal allowance.
*A second professional development provider is required for groups larger than 25. If you are planning for a large group (entire school or district) participation in a workshop, please contact us for group rates and possible schedules of sessions. Rates are based on the type of professional development requested and the number of participants attending.
Purchase orders are accepted or the school may request invoicing prior to a workshop. For out-of-state workshops, a down payment of 25% of the estimated total expenses is required. Full payment is due within 30 days of the workshop.
Canceled workshops may be subject to airfare/hotel penalties, if applicable. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $100 will be applied if a workshop is canceled less than 30 days in advance. No penalty will apply if the workshop is canceled more than 30 days in advance.
